A planet is an astronomical object, which can house a base of the faction that controls it. There are 4 types of planets in the game.
Planet types[]
Earth-type planet[]
An Earth-type planet is basically a planet that can be inhabited by a sentinent race, with clearly formed land and oceans. This planet contains every type of resources, usually 5000 ore and gas can be harvested, as well as 3500 crew can be recruited from it, providing that proper structures are built upon its orbit.
Moon[]
Moons or Ore Planets are uninhabited and rocky, and their only resources are massive amounts of Ore, 10000 units can be harvested from it, providing that at least one harvesting structure is built upon its orbit.
Gas Giant[]
Gas Giants are planets that consist of massive amounts of Gas, but they don't have any other function, as it is uninhabitable. 10000 units of Gas can be harvested from this type of planet, providing that at least one harvesting structure is built upon its orbit.
Swamp Planet[]
Swamp planets are generally inhabited by sentinent races, but have no real resources that can be harvested from them. 5000 crew can be recruited from this type of planet, providing that at least one structure that can recruit Crew is built upon its orbit.
